Complete the online form application below, and upload the required information to prove your nonprofit status. Acceptable documentation to prove nonprofit status includes: 

The IRS determination letter. This letter notifies a nonprofit organization that its application for federal tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) has been approved.

Done

Once your application is approved, we will contact you with your designated membership number and discount code. Any transaction moving forward using the membership number associated with your digital account will be applied to your total purchase amount. Shop and link your purchases by entering your membership number to your purchase at the checkout screen on our website.
